There is no strict minimum, but bespoke commissions are most cost-effective for projects of 50 sqft or more. For smaller accent pieces or samples, we recommend exploring our standard Artisan Waterjet Mosaic line, which includes 44 named patterns available immediately.
How long does a custom commission take? +
Typical lead time is 6–10 weeks from design approval to delivery. Complex patterns or large-format projects may require additional time. We provide a precise timeline during the consultation phase.
Can I see a sample before full production? +
Yes — we always produce a sample panel for your approval before proceeding with full fabrication. This is included in our standard bespoke process at no extra charge.
Do you offer installation services? +
We do not install directly, but we provide comprehensive installation documentation and are available to consult with your contractor throughout the process. We can also recommend trusted installation partners in the Phoenix area and select other markets.
Can I use my own design or pattern? +
Absolutely. We work from client-supplied designs, architectural drawings, or mood boards. Our design team can also refine and optimize your concept for waterjet production to ensure the best possible result.
